



Inspired by the richness of the Kephalonian land and cooked in-house, the owner and chef of Chromata Villas personally creates dishes based on locally sourced ingredients. Guests may order hearty breakfast and brunch to delightful snacks and dinner and have them served at the intimacy of their villa.
Our philosophy could best be described as local and traditional, using ingredients coming from local farmers and producers, avoiding refined and processed products whenever possible. Authentic taste comes from family recipes in the form of homemade dishes that express the Kephalonian culture and reflect the richness and vibrancy of the island's culinary traditions.
Our chef buys fresh produce in the local area every day. If you would like to have your meal prepared, please let us know the previous evening at the latest so we can source the ingredients, prepare and serve as requested.
